Sale of takeaway (Click & Collect) and delivered dishes by Petit Gangnam.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Petit Gangnam reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: payment is made when you receive your order. Takeaway: payment on site at the restaurant, in cash or by bank card. Delivery: payment to the delivery person in cash, by bank card or with meal vouchers (titres-restaurant).
4. Delivery / collection
Click & Collect: collection at the restaurant, at the time slot chosen when ordering. Home delivery by the restaurant: the delivery area, delivery fee and time slot are shown when you order. Preparation time is shown when you order.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
