Dak-galbi (닭갈비, dak and galbi translate respectively as “chicken” and “rib”), or dakgalbi, is a Korean dish made by stir-frying diced chicken marinated in a gochujang-based sauce with sweet potatoes, cabbage, perilla leaves, spring onions, tteok (rice cake) and sometimes other ingredients.
